Regardless of whether you live with Type 1 Diabetes or Type 2 Diabetes one thing remains…when you don’t have your supplies it is stressful and can be dangerous. We understand the critical nature of insulin pumps, CGMs and glucometers and it impacts everything we do.
 
As you start the process of getting your equipment at Diabetic Equipment and Supplies (DES), you will partner with one person that will work with you throughout the process. You won’t ever wonder who to call when you have a question. When you call you will never be stuck in a phone tree and/or on hold forever. Just ask the live person who answers your call to connect you with your Patient Care Coordinator.

After your initial order, we’ll reach out when it’s time for resupply by phone, text or email. Simply confirm that you need your supplies, and we’ll take care of the rest—with no shipping fees.
 
Patients, endocrinologists, providers, diabetic educators, and other medical professionals can be confident our Patient Care Coordinators have received extensive training on diabetes products, Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial insurances. The Patient Care Coordinators work with diabetes products 100% of the time and are experts on the diabetic products and insurance you need.
