Diabetic Equipment and Supplies (DES) is a local resource specializing in patient support for ordering supplies and timely delivery. That means our focus is on working with patients, one-on-one, to help coordinate between their healthcare provider and insurance company to get the life-saving supplies patients need when they need them.
We are experts with extensive training on diabetes products, Medicaid, Medicare and commercial insurance coverage. Our Patient Care Coordinators work with diabetes products 100% of the time, so they are experts on the diabetic products and insurance information patients need.

Call us. When our phone rings during office hours, a real person answers - every time.
2.
Complete a form that helps us communicate between the patient, physician and insurance company to get the answers needed.
3.
We’ll get answers, update orders and place new ones, as needed. Supplies are delivered straight to patients’ doors.
